I live within an 75 mile radius with 10 Walmarts, 5 Targets, 3 TRUs and 5 Kmarts. It seems that when a Target gets a certain case, that same case appears at the others at the same time, give or take a couple days. Same for WMs. The hot wheel guys seem to know when new HW cases are arriving. As long as a new Cars case arrives on a different day than the HW cases, the HW guys aren't coming specifically for Pixar Cars. Many, many times I've arrived 10 minutes too late to see the HW collectors walking away with the newest Cars. I can't do this every day, but my job takes me all over New England and if I have any spare time and I'm near a store, I'll take a quick run in.

You'll be glad to know Jack just posted a trades list. He has found several Yukio's & is willing to trade for a Takeshi. It's your lucky day. 🙂

So, it is basicly a situation that cases are just being delivered on the fringes of the country first and then watered down to the peg warmers as they get to the midwest.
@Dunroamin I guess you are like me and can't always be that early bird! Looks like we need to make some friends with the HW collectors…attend some club meetings or something!

I've tried cozying up to some HW collectors but they are a grumpy bunch. Especially the ones that show up to the Kmart days events.

I made the mistake of striking up conversation with a HW guy a couple weeks ago at tru and I thought I was gonna have to run him over with my car to get rid of him! He just wanted to go on and on about things I could care less about! Kept talking even as I was getting in to my car and the conversation started at the pegs… lol He was very hardcore, seemed like someone who would live out of the back of an old van or something like that! Im not trying to generalize HW collectors, just this guy was something else!!
Wraukn wish I could help but im still super-chaseless!! 🙁

Scavenger, I cracked up at your story! I've had similar experiences with some HW guys and Star Wars collectors. I know that not all are like that, it just seems the ones I happen to talk too are the ones.
