Yes, I waited too long to go back on my rule to not buy repeat characters from Cars 1, now I can't seem to find Sarge.

John: Are the eyes a mixture of decals and paint?  Decals have to be applied over a gloss finish, and then clear coated again to seal them. Knowing this, now take a look at Petrov Trunkov.  Even though his body paint has a matte finish (not shiny), his eyes have a sheen.  It seems this proves my hypothesis, that a decal is involved, to be true.  Now how do they go about putting them on upside down without noticing?  I know, I know –  probably directly related to the horrible factory conditions we've been reading about recently.
