hi,

i'm sure many have bought from traver before, so any help is appreciated. i have bought from him quite a few times in the past and everything went smoothly. but about 3 weeks ago i ordered some star wars cars sets. and the cars arrived with zero mcqueen and filmore, and instead more of the other cars. i asked him about it.. he said it's a mistake and will send the missing cars, and asked me to ship the wrong cars to another buyer. i said ok. and that was a week ago and i've heard nothing back from him.

what's curious is that traver asked me to make paypal payment as a personal payment, not as a purchase of goods/services. he has never asked me that before in all our past deals. i said i dont want to do that since i'll be charged a paypal fee of $24. he said he'll refund me the $24. okay then, i have no reason not to believe him. 3 weeks later, he still has not refunded me, and didnt even talk about it when i brought it up.

i'm trying to dispute this through paypal but i dont know if i could since the transaction is for personal payment, not for purchase of goods. any suggestion is much appreciated!

Just my 2 cents.  From what I read he always makes good on his transactions.  He does have a history of disappearing for a bit as life gets in the way of all of us.  Plus, this is D23 weekend, be patient, I'm sure it will get straightened out. 🙂

he has always delivered for me too, but I can say that he is busy and not always "Johnny on the spot" in response time…

he has always come through for me too in the past, except for this one time. i'm just worried because now i have over $600 worth of cars that i cannot move since the sets are incomplete, and i already have buyers lined up for complete sets. thank you for replies. i sure hope he could fix this soon.
