I can relate. I first saw this offer online and freaked out! Then was disappointed when I realized it wasn't available online anymore but that certain stores claimed to have it in stock. So, I took the TRU number for this product to my local store and I asked them if they could do a 'national' search on their database. So the woman gave me cities of like the top 5 or 10 stores that had a dozen or less in stock. She told me that shipping would be free from store-to-store so I was thrilled!

I systematically called each store on my list. What makes it really odd is that TRU uses the same product # for two different car 5 packs. So when I would call, I would have to explain that confusing situation to the salesperson, (which meant they couldn't just check on their computer but that they would physically have to go look at each pack) I told them which characters I was looking for and then would just wait for 10 minutes or so. At first, I started to wonder if a few just put me on hold and did the whole pretending to look, because frankly, I sound like a rabid collector or something! After enough calls I got the impression that indeed the FLO V8 Cafe was the only 5 pack they had left and that the elusive Radiator Springs Chase would no longer be found at any TRU.

Which sucks!
