man…if i only knew about the confetti before I opened mine to give to my son…jeesh!
I can honestly say I have never seen a treasure hunt in the flesh on the peg 🙁
Don't collect them, but always look for them for ppl on this forum.

What is the difference between Confetti Snot Rod and Impound Snot Rod and is there a value difference of the cars?

It's a packaging detail, the cars are the same. Several of the impound chase cars were released with multicolored confetti on the blister as well as without. The only really rare variation (and one of the rarest of all cards) is the Impound Snot Rod with confetti. Without confetti, you're looking at a $10 car, with confetti, many many times more.
