I was in the process of buying a couple of the 2 packs listed, some Kmart cars, and a few other unlisted Cars. It came out to a big chunk of money. After a week of excuses and poor communication, I asked for my money back.
He apologized and gave me a refund.
I also would like to know other collectors experience with this seller.

SImiliar situation, asked what else available, was going to take 39 Final Laps and a Showgirls set, very interactive until payment recevied.
One week later asked what was up, no response.
Two days after that gave 24 hours notice, responded busy and would mail them out straight to me in Canada as compensation, asked for a tracking number upon sending.
Said they were sent and would give me a tracking number, didn't get one, gave another final warning.
Paypal diputed by me and money promptly returned, no apologies, no further communication.

Thanks for posting your troubles. I was waiting to get my cars and when I saw this post, it prompted me to get better updates. Went back and forth a little, but got my refund today. Thanks for the help!

Unfortunately I too have to convey very underhanded and shady dealings with this seller.
I Agreed to a large deal which is disturbing since reading other posts it is apparent that the same exact items were "sold " to various members.
Even more disturbing is the lies many including myself were told.
I was told multiple times the cars were shipped. Kept asking for the DC # and was told he would send it multiple times. Always an excuse when there was a reply. Finally when I had enough I was sent a Phony tracking #.
Supposedly the seller came clean after the fake # fiasco and being E-mailed by Kevin (luckily we have a Kevin around here, always willing to try to help make things right) he admitted he didn't actually have the items in hand but would still get them. Said he was selling for a friend and just couldn't get there yet. Of course blamed "trying to help a friend" for his problems. However we know he was really trying to help himself and resorted to any means necessary to accomplish this.
Selling cars not in hand is a really shady practice but just one example of this sellers dishonest tactics.
I'm sure the seller figured he would use the money he collected to actually buy the cars he planned to purchase and then sort things out later. He probably could have bought the cars but just didn't have the cash.
I had to file for a refund myself.
Simply put this seller proved himself to be one of the most dishonest and shady people to ever post on Take 5 and should be avoided at all costs.
We don't need his type around here. Furthermore it's a good thing he isn't from NYC. Around here if you try to get over on people like this you would wind up
In a bad way.
