Need some help,where in Cars does Nelson Blind spot and Chuck Choke Cables appear? Working on display and down to unopened box set movie.

They are both on top of the upper ring of the race track, in theory, above and to the right (their left) of Brent and Darrell.  Both tracks if I remember correctly.

After all, gas can is my middle name … eh, not really

Both tracks … I seem to recall.  If you were on the top ring, looking at the track from the viewpoint of Brent/Darrell; Nelson is up and to your right, and Chuck is to his right.
