My son and I have been looking for Rip in the stores for months now with no luck. I'm happy to pay fair price for it but can't bring myself to pay $50+ as found on Amazon and Ebay.

If you don't mind a larger scale you may want to check your local Disney Store. I have seen him at all of my Disney Stores regularly.
I know some people have, let's say, a strong opinion of the DS releases.

Be patient …. it is scheduled to be in Case H and that is just now popping up.

I am also trying to get Rip for my 4 yr old. Hope will be lucky enough to find it in this new case. I am definitely not willing to pay $40 for a car that he might not play in half a year time!

Thank you all for your reply's!
About 30 minutes after my original post my mother-n-law, who had my boy the night and took him to Target, called with news that they had found the elusive Rip Clutchgoneski  ! I guess we got some takefiveaday Cars karma! On Sunday I went to a different Target and found another Rip.
I'm very happy I found this forum and grateful for the collectors who have generously replied to my post.
