Not really a collector, as you can tell from my join date…but. Once upon a time LONG ago I was mightily impressed by the detailing of the Speedway of the South racers and made some effort to get all of them. However, I am afflicted with the problem of really disliking the huge problems with misaligned detailing that Mattel had with so many of those designs specifically. Mainly because they were SO careful with the original designs at Pixar.

ANYWAY, so, after MUCH effort I managed to get most of them to a standard I like, which doesn't mean no paint flaws (those are just part of the deal) but what I want to avoid is misalignment…the headlights and tailights, the grills, the hood logos, the windshield lines, the stripes, the little ads near the front wheels that should be even. I'm looking for clean, loose racers without those kinds of flaws, the following especially:

View-Zeen

Tach-O-Mint

Easy Idle

Faux Wheel Drive

Don't care if they have rubber or plastic tires. Want them to be loose.

Am also seeking these other 3, not as much though:

Gas-Kits

Sidewall Shine

Clutch-Aid

And, I'd like to find a quality loose TRU metallic Nigel Gearsley as well, just for fun.
