He was an exclusive with Metallic Sterling in a Target Stores 15 pack. I remember buying that pack and thinking.. Sterling is so insignificant, I don't care that there is another version of him… and I already have these 13 other cars.

Other than buying the Mack Hauler to get the Primer McQueen… HJ Hollis was my second most expensive car to get.  Intro Ramone was my 3rd most expensive car to get.

Now I just get the hard to find ones from Eli to avoid continuing to collect duplicates.  The big 15car Target multi packs never have anything very interesting beyond the first look cars..
