They're cool and I would grab them if I saw them.  But I don't think I'd pursue them, maybe if they were unique cars, but the same body with a different paint job seems like a rip off if every other country has a variant with the same body. 

These guys are indeed pretty cool and I will be happy to find them in the wild. But being repaints and non-canon makes it easy to pass them up if the only way to get them is to pay a ton of cash.
