It has been a long day so far, but I know a lot of you would love DETAILS about the day!! Well, it started with a sleepless night. I was waking up every 30 minutes thinking it was 4:30 am and time to get up! 4:27am arrived and I finally just got out of bed. I was ready and out the door in 15 minutes. 
Had a relaxing 1 hour drive down I-4 … never seen the road so wide open!! LOL Pulled into Hollywood Studios about 5:45am … it was so early, they were not even manning the Parking Booth … BONUS!! I was meeting a friend there, Matt AKA Materthegreater9. He flew alllllll the way down fromMinnesotato partake in the SWC excitement! He was number 3 in line and I ended up being number 4. A HUGE CHANGE from Friday.
At this point I need to do a flash back scene for you … Matt was one of the UNLUCKY ones that attended on Friday … waiting in lines of hundreds of folks … just to find out the CARS WERE NOT THERE!! OUCH!! Shame on you Disney! (pictures from Matt)

The line OUTSIDE the Mall … YIKES!
Anyhoo, back to TODAY!! Matt and I starting talking to employees as they went by to see if ANYONE could help us determine if the cars were actually THERE today. We finally had a gentleman go by that was able to use his walkie talkie to reach an employee INSIDE the Darth Mall!! He went behind the fence … came back a moment later … we were both ANXIOUSLY waiting the news … BUT … IT WAS NOT GOOD!! They said the Cars were NOT THERE and that they hoped they would be in by the early afternoon … but there were NO PROMISES!!

At this point Matt and I weighed the pros and cons of ACTUALLY going inside … do we spend the $95 on the price of admission JUST to be disappointed?? Do we save the money and wait until another day … most likely NEXT weekend … and Matt would be long gone …. AARRGGG!! Well, about 6:45 we decided it was WORTH THE TRY! I ran over, bought tickets and then ran back to the line. There were 6 or 7 lines in the same area. Most folks were waiting on FAST PASSES to meet some of the stars from The Star Wars Movies and Cartoons. They were doing picture and autograph sessions. There ended up being about 20 people in line for the merchandise tent. THANK GOODNESS it was not like Friday!!
7 am arrived and they moved us INSIDE the Park to another waiting area. About 7:30 am, we were taken over to the Darth Mall.
And then …. D'oh … bad news …. they let us in at about 7:35 … we asked the first employee we saw, "WHERE ARE THE DISNEY CARS??" He and 2 other folks sadly replied, "Sorry, They are not here yet."
NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!
But wait there is more …. with in 60 seconds of us GETTING IN the tent … the told us we had to go BACK OUT!! They were not ready for customers yet … they were still stocking items … boxes were every where and they said "it was not SAFE" until the excess boxes were picked up … so they sent us back to the entrance … BUT WAIT … what do I see out of the corner of my eye … a PALLET … HUGE … people FRANTICALLY buzzing around it … I catch a glimpse … could it be …. YES!!!!!!!!!!! CARS!!!!!!!!

We spent another 30 minutes waiting just inside the Mall's entrance. The line outside was growing … but we had arm bands that allowed us first access because we were in the line out front. We were just hoping that we would get enough time to get what we needed before that crown got in!!
While we were waiting employees were coming over and apologizing for the delay and saying nice things. One of them had a different shirt on … a more important looking man!! LOL I stepped over to him and pulled him aside to GRILL him about the situation. He said the Disney Cars had LITERALLY JUST BEEN DROPPED OFF!! I asked him about 47 questions, and he said he would find out for us!
About 10 minutes later he came back and told us that these were packed by the CHARACTER with 12 of that character in a case. He also said the LIMIT to buy them was 25 …. at first I PANICKED!! 25 ….. I need 25 SETS AT LEAST just to cover the friends that had already asked me personally for help!! YIKES!!! I asked him to clarify … and when he returned … he said it was 25 PER ITEM … and with each car being its OWN Item number, we were GOLDEN!!!
Then we asked if they would just sell by the case to make it easier for us to carry out … the were very helpful and accommodating … they said YES!! At 8:05 we were finally allowed in to the tent …. and this was waiting for us!!

A couple of LOVELY employees helped us get these in Cases and ring them up. Another fine gentleman wheeled them out to Guest Services where we could pull up close and load hem. Here is MATT and the goods … not one bit excited, is he?? lol

After loading things up, we went back to his room and I helped him carry things in. We relaxed and talked TOYS … an awesome thing to do! Then it was time to get to work … I had boxes to pack!! That and I wanted to CRACK THESE OPEN!!!

All of the above picture are side by side with Mattel Cars … they are VERY VERY Similar in size! I was worried they would be more like THIS … side by side with the Disney Store Light Up version …
Thankfully THEY ARE NOT!! YEAH!! They look very nice. Tractor, I mean TROOPER even has rubber tires!!
