I called the phone order number Met gave us this morning. They said:
1. Star Wars Merchandise will not be available for 1 more week for phone orders
2. The cars are not on the list of available items for phone orders

They said that Disney never promise any merchandise. If you asked for vacation at work, bought tickets, and pay hotel that's your problem. You cannot prepaid and order and they Are not to refund tickets. Today, Disney was not the happiest place in the world to me!

Unbelievable…. a really good friend is down in Disney & he just called me and said the Disney Star wars Cars are not in yet . He waited 4 1/2 hours on line for them to tell him they have not recieved them in any of the stores yet. Thay also cannot tell him when they will arrive. He is not so happy !!!!!!!!

Happened to me too. Waited 2.5 hours to be told they aren't in. My 4 yr old fell apart. I felt so bad for him. Epic fail

It's really upsetting to read all of this and that Disney has no intent to try and make things right.
That's not cool at all.

Those guys just call me after my big complain. They said the set will be ready for sale tomorrow, if not Sunday for sure… Thank you! I don't believe anymore!
