You can trade or sell as individuals in the TRADING or SELLING forums pages ONLY. Yes, I know some individuals do business on ebay or on their own website, that is fine as they are doing transactions as INDIVIDUALS here and you cannot solicit business for pre-orders. You are fine to list WANTS or offer to trade or sell anything is SOMEONE ASKS for that CAR item.
