I tried to watch our recording today to see if it cut off like everyone else's and it was not on the DVR List. So I went into the Recording Log and found the following error: "Did not record because channel was unavailable"
I have to say that I was more than a little disappointed.

Dag gum …. sounds like a lot of folks had difficulty getting the entire short. I will be the first to admit that I do not trust the cable company to start and stop things on time, so I almost ALWAYS ask it to record 3 to 4 minutes early and 3 to 4 minutes after just in case … so glad, because we have watching it about half a dozen times now and the kids LOVE IT!! Hope you all get to record it the next time it airs!!
I saw John in Missouri's notice about it being on early in the morning… I asked my wife how to adjust the DVR settings… I got it all (and then some)… Going to try to burn it onto DVD and then get it on my computer.
Looks nice on the TV… easier to see than my PC screen…
I liked it… the historical aspect on how Radiator Springs came to be was awesome… I felt it was geared more towards adults as opposed to children, but I really thought it was good… Lots of potential diecasts…
Can't go wrong going back to the old days. It was definetly cute to learn the history of how Radiator Springs came to be.
It wasn't my favorite short but yes the diecast potential has me excited. I hope we don't have to wait long. I want a living Stanley, Lizzie in wedding dress etc.
Of course pressurized radiator caps don't really appear on American cars until about 1950 so Stanley couldn't have had a cap for Lightning's radiator… just saying.
umm…pressurized radiator caps…have we forgotten that a billboard fell and a clock got lodge where Mater's air filter used to be…that made the equivalent of a flux capacitor…let's talk about what's real…flux capacitors…yes…clocks not so much…
