Good evening everyone! This evening I was checking our DVR for scheduled recordings and what did my tired eyes see …. A NEW MATER'S TALL TALES!!! It is set to record from 3:25 -3:33 am Tuesday on DisneyHD … title says "Time Travel Mater"!! I think the kids and I will be watching it before we go to school that morning

I'm so exited! If you watched the bonus features on the maters tall tales disk, they talked about an idea about a "back to the future" kind of short. This will be EPIC.

It's on the regular Disney Channel too, not just HD. And for those who cannot watch at that time on Tuesday, it will be on again THURSDAY night at 10:25pm Eastern & Pacific (9:25pm Central). It will be on a few more times this month as well.

Time Travel Mater was definitely one of the best Cars Toons they have made so far! Very entertaining for only being around 5 minutes long.

Wow!! The kids and i just watched Time Traveler Mater and we all agree it is the BEST ONE YET!!! If you love Cars, you will Totally Love this one! It is amazing and we love the history of Radiator Springs! My daughter wants Lizzie in White!!!!! Sooooo many amazing possibilites for diecast here … top notch from Pixar!!!

Loved the sepia treatment even though some people will expect black and white Cars. A little disappointed they didn't do the dinosaur thing or even the 1950's, but at least there were no explosions or killings!

I really liked what I saw… Unfortunately I didn't get to see it all – the show started late and the DVR stopped at 3:30 while the show continued… I'll try to watch and record it on Thursday night.

Man I hope we see some of the diecasts from this short soon. I love the old cars.
It would be so sweet to be able to buy more Lizzes and some living Stanley's among others.

My recording cut it off at where Lizzie first showed up and Stanley saw her. I will have to record it again on Thurs. Night.
Either way it is sweet! I love the Maters interacting with each other. Also McQueen in C2 form – chronologically after C2 then.

BobbyJack and I sat down to watch this last night and unfortunately it cut off right where everyone said it would. Set up to record Friday moring and the show afterwards so we can catch the end this time! Really liked what I saw so far.
