Hey all. Just wanted to let you know Leland has been added as part of the car lineup for Legos.
http://www.lego.com/cars/en-us…..spx#359419 18 arrow clicks to the right
After close analysis, Leland is now obviously just a sticker. Bummer

So the features aren't painted? I've been thinking hard about getting the set just for Leland…I'm not a Lego guy, but I am a Leland fan. But if they're stickers that would peel off, I won't bother. Thanks…

Lego Stickers don't just peel off if they are placed one time…
I just put together Jeff Gorvette and all the graphics are painted..
Unfortunately, the logo on the tailfin is upside down..anyone else get this 🙁

I have a Lego Jeff Gorvette. The tailfin has it correctly in place. Sorry for your rotten luck on an error. Maybe you could sell the fin on Fleabay, and ask for a replacement part from Lego. Go to customer service online.
In the replacement process, you will be asked what piece you need and what page in the instructions book its in.
Good luck!

Is the Leland in the oil rig set a plain red piece that you put the decals on yourself, or are they already on him?

Dear DDD,
I don't have the set. But after super magnifying eyesight test (no really), I was able to identify from hi-res shot that Leland is 90% a sticker. I mean, just look at the color contrasts on the official website.
And I mean I am 90% sure he is stickers. In Lego world he is made of a flat 2x2 and a raised 2X2.
There's still a slight chance, but from the hi res image, I doubt it.

Good Idea! Don't collect errors so I have no interest other than to have the correct one 🙂

Thanks! Can you tell if the stickers are already applied?
