We bought our son the Cars 2 World Grand Prix launcher for Christmas. Well one of the launchers broke after about a week. He was not happy about this so I contacted Mattel, less then a day later they said they were sending me a $20 Mattel check in the mail. My wife wanted it replaced so I actually contacted ToysRus the next day and they said they couldn't do an exchange, but refunded me the price of the launcher at no cost. 

I was so impressed not only in the service, but speed of the service this closet to Christmas! 

Also turns out it was an easy fix. 10 screws removed and one spring snapped back in place. Not sure why I didn't try to fix it first, but now we have $40 to spend on more CARS!
