Once again, its 1 piece! My faith is starting to regain on collecting these days, after my L&S Fillmore at a gas station to a Pope + PopeMobile at Wal-Mart. But sadly, the Wal-Mart in my hometown is so cluttered with everything that nothing new will make it's way in stores, especially 2 packs. I will have to check Kohl's soon, and make a quick stop at TJmaxx, because they are right next door to each other.

I too found the Hudson Hornet Piston Cup Lightning McQueen at Kohl's today. I was worried that I'd miss it if it was mixed in with the clogged pegs of regular McQueens. There were only a couple of them at Kohl's and easy to spot. Yesterday I found Maserati & Lewis Hamilton at another Kohl's. If it weren't for reports on here about finding them, I probably wouldn't have checked Kohl's. Thanks guys 

The HH Piston Cup McQueen is really nice. It seems heavier than the Cars 2 McQueen. Maybe because it doesn't have as much plastic since it's a one piece die cast.

We visited four Kohl's on Friday. Two had the new Lightning (4 cars at each), the other two did not. None had Carlo or plastic tire Lewis.
A fifth store is closer to our house than the rest, but it is such a nightmare in there we never bother with that location.

I'm glad you found him, Tom.  I saw the whole case M, as listed above, at Kohls in Norridge, IL tonight.  Case J was supposed to have the HH Piston Cup McQueen, but the case I saw had Racing Wheels instead. Here is Case J, per BMW:
