I have a Sally w/cone on a ROR short card (I do plan on keeping.. sorry). Is it tougher to find on a short card as opposed to a full card?? Is the WOC version tougher to find??

Both carded version had very short production runs, but I believe the ROR Check Lane version in harder to find. Here's why:

The WOC version was only released in a WalMart Cube and WalMartCase W in 2008. There were 4 per case, not sure about the cubes since my stores never got them. That is the same case that contained WOC Lizzie and WOC Dexter Hoover with Yellow Flag.

The ROR Check Lane version was only found at Target as far as I know and was not widely available because shortly after that case was released they were pulled from the shelves to make way for the Lenticular Check Lane series.

Personally, I found several cases of the WOC Sally with Cone but only ever saw one on the ROR Check Lane card.

AGREE WITH JAKE ON THIS ONE I HAVE ONE OF THE CASES AND I THINK THERE WERE 2 IN A CASE , NOT SURE CASE IS STILL SEALED SOME WERE LOL CHECKED MY DATA BASE AND SAYS OUT SIDE STORAGE , I DID HEAR OF A FEW PEOPLE FINDING THEM AT KMART , BUT JUST RANDOMLY

I don't like the fact that the only way to look through all the short lane's is by going through every isle. I did go through all isle's one time. Cool

I think you're right about there only being 2 Sally with Cone in the case. I think it was 2 Sally with Cone, 2 Lizzie, and 4 Dexter Hoover with Yellow Flag.

I always wonder if there are a bunch of forgotten cases out there. Maybe in about three years someone will uncover hundreds of Sally with Cone in a Mattel warehouse.

short card Sally with Cone was actually pretty common for awhile at Big Lots. This was back when the 'Todd' case was hitting too. I remember this, because I sent about 30 of those to folks overseas. I only ever saw a few shipments of the Walmart version. I think more of the short cards were produced, but not a whole lot of people actually collected that series, so there maybe less than the Walmart version now.

Really? Definitely not in these parts. The only Sally with cone I have is on a shortie, but I can't bring myself to open it, at least until I get another.

I have a ROR short card Sally w Cone as well. Can't really remember if I opened her or not. Wish I didn't if it was so rare, but I'm an opener, so it doesn't matter.
