These arrived in the mail today from the usual Chinese back-door sources. Cute little buggers, the Pitties are nicely done … and the censers (gold swinging thingies) are removable since they are just slipped on the forks of the Pitties.
The Priest car is a new sculpt, it is not a rehashed "Padre" — the hood and trunk lid are shaped differently, as is the grill artwork. In addition, Burke's hat is far smaller in diameter then the Padre's — less flying saucer looking. Oddly enough, on the right rear trunk end, there is some kind of Japanese text that looks odd. Father Burke also uses different wheel centers, and has a license plate on the rear now as well.
Sadly, my Burke has a few minor paint chips that will need fixing, but the new paint spray booth is nearly done, so progress will be easier now on repairs..
