So this is just a personal observation on some Cars that it would appear at first blush to be easy enough to offer — all repaints — or to do as customs:
Rod Torque in his Gremlin disguise (with the lime green stripe)
Karl Haulzemoff (repaint the new race transporter)
Any of the Gremlins or Pacers in black as generic henchmen, like they did with Tolga Trunkov (and while I'm wishing, a black Hugo without party hat).
Slightly more involved, but do Mater or LMQ with their tires removed for the scene where they ride the railroad in Cars 2.

I made a custom "Big Al" from an old 60's era Matchbox dump truck — I figured Big Al might be a construction truck. Simple clean up and repaint, then paint the windshield white and use decals for the eyes.

I like this post ! SO two that we were told would come, that were even shown in the collectors book. #1 Wrecked Fab Hudson Hornut. #2 Shiny Wax haulers in fact all the rest of the haulers. Last of all the Train , it was so important in the movie.

The reindeer snowmobiles would be great. They had the prototypes, it would be so popular I can't understand why they wouldn't make it.

I'd love to upload pics, but am completely clueless how to do so here!
I did a wrecked FHH by taking a stock FHH, and carefully crushing it within foam rubber in a large vise, multiple times and multiple angles, until it looked right to me. I seem to recall I used a set of channel locks too, for more detailed dents and dings. Finally touch up the paint with dirt and rust colors, then paint the "eyelids" really closed leaving just a hint of the eyeballs showing.

I wish they made mater with the drink hat in cars 2 at the sumo wrestling ring. It was pretty cool.

There were a ton of good background cars in Cars 2. The pub scene alone had tons of cool trucks.

Just remembered two more. Doreen, the truck that Mater thought looked like a Jaguar; and Mater's "Cousin Betsy, who broke down hard when she got left at the altar.

While we're on the topic of Halley Shiftwell, how about a correct version of her with the wings AND tailplane? I used one of the vinyl cake toppers tailplane to cut up and add to a standard diecast Holley.
I really need to learn how to post pics here, any hints? Message me if so, thx.

I've thought of more. The Maserati in black, to act as Fabrizio's bodyguards.
