So tonight I noticed that professor Z has 2 different mouths – one open and one closed. I keep finding all the different mouths, and eyes. It seems that the 2-packs all contain some sort of variant. Has anyone kept track of these? Lets start a list!

Iam not sure if this is an error or a variant, but my Professor Z from the Toys R Us Tokyo spy mix-up 10 pack has a small silver dot painted behind his door handle. It looks like a key slot I'd say. My Professor Z single from walmart has a bump up in the same spot but it is not painted silver.

Wow, great pics! The other thing to note about Fillmore with Headset is that his face is partially plastic, much like the Cars 2 version of Red.

You are so right about quality control, or lack of it. In (only) one Kmart I have visited there were several LMQ/Fillmore w/Headsets. I had to check every one to find 2 that did not have spots, chips or other defects. And even then only one was near perfect, but the cards were bent
