The Borders Book Stores in my area (and probably yours) are selling all kinds of acrylic and plastic display type stuff, along with all their casework, shelving and even those cool library ladders…
There are seveal acrylic/plastic stand types they were offering for two bucks or so…but you can definitely talk them down…also, 4ft wide bookshelves, 8-10' tall for 50$…
For those in need, it may be worth checking out !!
I picked up a nice Cars 2 calendar for 2012 for $2
