Made this from the master list over at PCD thanks to the help of Fillmore's post.

After clicking the link…Click "File" on the page it takes you to and then click "Download" do not pay any attention to how it looks on that site, in excel it looks fine.

Thats the spreadsheet I use to keep track of everything I have.  For my sons list i removed the last 3 columns and kept the "Have" and "Need" columns.
