We bought the first three 1:55 pull backs a month or two ago, but only just opened the first two. These cars come in packages almost identical to the diecasts but cost twice as much. Frankly for the money I was expecting something much, much better.
The cars are the cheapest molded plastic with stickers for graphics. The pull back motor works well, with a fully wound car going at least 20'. As far as play value goes, I'd recommend spending a dollar less on the large (1:34th scale?) pull back versions.

I bought a McQueen 1:55 pullback and was disappointed when I opened the package. As John mentioned, it's cheap, light weight plastic with stickers. Definitely not worth the $9.99 I paid for it
