I posted a few days ago about the Leland Turbo card from the UK Topps set, but it's worth noting how very nice they ALL are. A quick eBay search will pull up the seller from Germany who has posted them all (I know we're not supposed to link), and it's a lot of fun to just go through the set and see so much nice Cars 2 art.
I first came upon them searching for Leland photos and found them pictured on a trading Web site called "Cardbreakers," which you can Google as well to see the images, though it seems you have to register to click beyond the thumbnails. I'm not a 2-D collector, and don't know much about trading cards, but these are really nice-looking, and fill in a lot of blanks when you consider the limited imagery we have available from the movie until the DVD comes out.
The design is similar to the D23 Finn box art, and has given me a new appreciation for the art of the film, even more than the "Art of Cars 2" book did. In addition to several action shots, there are "glamour" photos of cars we haven't seen elsewhere, like Leland and Bruno Motoreau (Raoul's Citroen crew chief) who looks really cool on the card, even more so than as the Kmart diecast. (There's also a shot of Grem with some kind of helmet I don't remember, that looks kind of like a captain's hat.)
Go have a look! Remember the German seller has each card (several available of each) for between 1 and 2 Euros with shipping at a flat 2 Euros for shipping of up to 4 cards to the USA.
