Found (and ordered) Security Finn McMissile and Acer 2-pack for $9.21 with free Prime shipping and no sales tax at Amazon.com.
The Sal 2-pack has shown up a few times in our local Walmart, but I've never seen this Finn.

My local Wal-mart had the secret mission packs at around $3.50 or $4 last time i checked. Although they only had 1 Finn w/gun and grem there.

I picked up Spy Glass mater/Acer for $3.40 at my Walmart. And they still had a few of the regular 2 packs with the $2 off coupons, making them $5. Nice way to pick them up if you still need them.

Our pegs at Wal-Mart are so full the Fred Pacer/ Tyler Trunklis 2 packs haven't even made it yet.  Had to find them at other stores.
