We are now interrupting your broadcast with a brief Piston Cup Update….

I can see my new Gravatar on the normal website but not in the Forums 😛 the more I post the more things change, so there might be a couple hundred posts from me on this post only Laugh sorry about that.

Was it someone named LoveMini? That was where I got this picture. I saw her post on the Pixar Cars Diecast website. I didn't know if many of you saw it, so I posted it. Sorry!

Wow, how very cool!  I don't check out the other sites much if at all, so this is new and very exciting for me. Thanks, Fillmore1234!

Your welcome! I can't keep my eyes off it! The only problem is the yellow paint in the middle is too bright for the movie's Rip. Hopefully that gets fixed, otherwise best Car yet!

I can't wait until we get this car.  The second time we saw the movie, my son mentioned that he didn't have that car yet.  I'm sure he will bring it up again when the DVD is released.  At least we know it is coming.  Just don't know when.Smile

Yeah, my son keeps asking about Rip. I didn't know what to tell him since he isn't on any of the upcoming product lists. But I knew it would be out eventually.

I think legal reasons were the big situation to why he didn't come out early, and he was also produced as a character late in the making of the film. So while Francesco Bernoulli and Lightning McQueen Diecasts were already past the finish line, Rip was just getting started!

I don't believe anything is truly released till I see it carded…

It's a defense mechanismthat helps protect my emotions of disappointment …i'm still recovering because of the lack of Shiny Wax Haulers on the shelves.Wink

I do remember the ol' Shiny Wax Hauler Depression of 2009-10-11 etc. But it wasn't just him. There were countless haulers that weren't released, such as View Zeen, Vitoline, N2o Cola, Easy Idle, just to name a few. Then many of them were hard to find, like Oliver Lightload, Ben Crankleshaft, Chet Boxkarr, and a few others. Come to think of it, the people in charge of them didn't do the best job in the world.

If they release all the haulers, we will start trying to collect them.  At least when we started collecting the Piston Cup cars, they had all been released before in one form or another.  Had to get a custom Apple to complete the set but at least it is complete.  It would take a lot of customs to complete the hauler and pitty sets.

I've seen backdoor Crew Chief Sets of N2o Cola and Easy Idle a few days ago. Really wish those guys would have come out!
