I finally found it at a local TRU yesterday or I'd be ordering online. There were 4 on the pegs but only 3 were OK. The 4th was not painted very well.
The problem with online ordering is you don't know what condition the item will be in. I've gotten some Cars where the cards looked like they were put through a meat grinder or stepped on buy an elephant
That's what I saw today with a Lightning McQueen w/ Racing Wheels. The Plastic Bubble was beat up and the Cardback was too. Well, my post a week or two ago on the poor conditions of the factory are probably to blame for this. It's a shame.

Yeah, I don't mind ordering something online if it for my son's collection because we are openers. If I'm going to get something to trade, I need to get it at the store so I can make sure the quality is good. Not going to order the Nigels online because we are actually going to keep those for display only. Have to make sure they look good before spending $7+ on a diecast car.
