Hi,
For those who pre-ordered the LM Tia/Mia set from the Disney store, if you have not picked it up yet you may want to call ahead to see if they have them available. It may save you a trip.
I tried to pick mine up tonight but they said that they were all damaged and that they were asked to keep them back until they received further instructions. They were really nice about it and offered a refund. As I am a regular at the store and asked them to get back to me when they found out.

Please will you let me know if you manage to get a good set or if your store has similar issues. If I hear anything, I will re-post to let everyone know. I was quite excited about this for the little monster's Christmas but now I am wondering. Here's hoping 🙂

I picked up 2 differents sets & 1 set was all scratched & the other set had no head lights or taill ights. Now I have nothing but a retun reciept !!

I know that others around the country are waiting for replacements.

Does anyone know how do the head lights & tail lights go on . Is there a switch on mcqueen or something ?? I could not get it to work by pushing the button in or the on off switch underneath . The girls in the disney store had no idea !

Answer is the front switch is for turntable operation and LM illumination only.
Check for the master switch on bottom of base also
