What's new at Kmart? Absolutely nothin'

I have been to 6 Kmarts in 3 counties, traveled hundreds of miles and wasted lots of $$ on gas. Besides finding one Carla 2-pack and a few LMQ/Fillmore w/headset 2-packs at one Kmart a week or so ago, there are none others to be found. 

It's bad enough I am forced to go into Kmart twice a year for the Kmart Days Cars, now I have to check these stores on a regular basis if I want to get the exclusives. If it weren't for Cars, I'd never set foot in a Kmart store again LOL.

K-Mart– getting low on Singles, and the other lowly Kingpin Nobunaga I saw there when I bought the other one is sadly still hanging next to a Submarine Finn or 3 . Is it just me, or does K-Mart always get tons of Launchers? Because there were tons, and still some from the first movie!

K-Mart #2– Found another K-Mart about 15 minutes away from my town, and came inside hopeful, but came out depressed. There were Cars Toys, and a great selection too! About 10 Finn McMissiles, 3 Maters, 3 Lightnings, and a Rod Torque Redline. So I was joking on the good selection. No Deluxe AT ALL, and a bunch of 2 Packs, but no Crew Chiefs. And still a bunch of Launchers….. sigh

Sounds just like the Kmart I hit in Tenn. on my vacation too!  Everything except the crew chiefs.

Good going Bobbyjack! I finally found a few today as well.  Persistence really pays off this time, as well as traveling 80 miles out of the way for one last time – heh heh.  Question: Did your cardbacks come banged-up (pre-store handling corner curls, dings, and machine imprint marks?), and do you note messy decals on Carla, and sloppy paint on Cruz's headset?

Finally found some extra Carla & Crew Chief sets at Kmart today.

I noticed a machine mark in the upper left corner of all the CC packs, also saw the creased corner, but only on one card.

I've been checking the Kmarts for Francesco and Jeff's crew chiefs and have seen the Carla and Fillmore Crew Chief case at just about every store I have been to lately.  If you still haven't found them and haven't been to Kmart for a while, it might be worth checking out.

NONE of the 4 Kmarts within 20 miles of me have received ANY of the crew chiefs yet … I still have only seen them at one store …. 4 months ago … 50 miles north of me … it has been SOOOOO sad around these parts lately. It's a good thing middle school kids have been keeping me busy!
