I almost bought one of those figurine sets in the Disney Store just to get the camera. I couldn't justify it though.

Hey Micky!! I just happened to go in to check and see if anything was new one morning. Saw a lady working in the toy department and it happened to be the manager. We just started talking about the toy area and how it has changed since the remodel last year. How they never seem to get much of anything new, etc. I told her that my family comes in every sunday for grocery shopping and we always check the Disney Cars and the Transformers for new stuff. Had to win her over a little. 😎

I commented on the cool display's … wondered what they did with them after they were done … she said they normally trash them. I told her that was sad … they would look great in our house in our playroom or my sons room. I told her we would love to have them! She took down my cell and told me she would call when they were done. That was 5 or more weeks ago. I have seen her a few time since. She always tells me she still has my number and she will call when they were coming down …

Well … yesterday I got the call!! I go in … they took down one of the High Density End Caps of Cars 2 stuff…. and replaced it with BUBBLES!! You know the kind little kids blow and they fly every where …. BUBBLES!! All different kinds of bubbles … What does this tell you about Walmarts confidence in how the Cars 2 stuff is selling?? 🙁 YIKES!!

Anyhoo, Mater is still up nd she said it will probably be up until school starts … which is in about 3 weeks … so hopefully Mater will be joining Finn then!! 😀

We only got the large Finn and Maters at our Wal-Mart. I'm guessing the reason I didn't see the Professor Z + Acer, Grem + Fred Pacer Cutouts is cuz we never got those 2 packs 🙁

My phone rang this afternoon …. my favorite Walmart Toy Manager had just taken down the last of the Cars 2 Endcap displays … up with MONSTER HIGH DOLLS??? Oh jeez lolol …. anyhoo … Spy Mater and friends IN DA HOUSE!!! 😀

I also picked up some dude named Optimus Prime … is he popular??? 😉

Dude … he must not like his picture being taken .. he is grabbing for the camera …. gotta run ……
