4 packages with 8 Ivan expected… 4 packages with 8 Ivan received… Hard to imagine some of use are disappointed that our orders are being properly filled.
I will probably buy another $40 worth to get 2 more… I checked 3 Kmart stores yesterday in northeast Indiana and didn't find any Cars worth buying.
Just mailed my receipts last Friday, got notification today that my Ivans are shipping.
The order form didn't print so I had to call about what to do and was told to put my info on an index card and mail it with the receipts. This also opened a customer service case so I got an email yesterday with an update that they received my order, to which I replied I would like for some of my free Cars to be Muggsy which have been filling some orders with. Today I got a reply from them saying: "At this time, there have been no substitutions that have been sent out in place of the Disney Pixar Cars Ivan vehicle."
I got my second box for Ivan mail away promo today .. I was looking at it like a Muggsy sweepstakes!! Well, I got 2 Ivan. they are awesome, but was hoping for a yellow forklift!! anyone in need of Promo Ivan, check my haves/ needs!
