Found the John and Nancy 2 pack case at walmart recently. I have found a few left over Mach more than John though. Hope the newer singles hit down here soon … unfortunately 2 of my stores recently got in multiple case P … BOOOOOOO!! LOL

Went to three Walmarts today and found the Lubewig Case. Picked 2 Lubewigs, 1 sarge and nigel and a Kaa Reesu error card.

Went to a few Walmart on the way to Legoland over the weekend and found Case A , the Lubewig Case, down there!! It was nice to see new singles as things near me have been saaaaaad!

I talked to two Mattel reps who were in my Walmart yesterday doing a survey of current stock. They said that the sales have been slow and that the execs had asked for the inventory and for them to look for old stock and over stocks. They had 2 other WM stores, 2 Targets, 1 Kmart and a TRU that they planned to visit yesterday.
The rep noted that of the remaining stock, most were LM and FB. She kinda indicated that some would be removed.
Asked why there hasn't been any new inventory lately and when the store would be restocked.
They looked on their ipad for stock in the back room. None. The inventory said that there should have been 39 cars singles on the pegs. There were less than 15 cars on the pegs, none 2014. One gal said she would adjust the inventory.
They said that WM has a new inventory policy where the reorder only gets triggered when the number of Cars remaining equals the number of pegs for Cars. So, in other words, if there are 8 pegs, the reorder will not happen until there are only 8 Cars left.
This is exactly what I was told by a Walmart toy manager at another Walmart last weekend.
Doesn't seem like a very good policy to me. I would buy Cars if they were on the pegs, but if nothing is on the pegs, there is nothing to buy…right???
Visited 2 other Walmarts and a Target yesterday. Nothing new at any store. The last WM that I went to had 3 2013 Cars, one of which was partially opened. Asked a clerk if any were in back so she went and actually looked. None. I asked about a reorder and she said that she ordered when she was in back, but the truck wouldn't come until April 8th. Kinda unbelievable.

My funny/sad Walmart story involves me talking to the manager who said their scanner showed 200 cars in stock however they couldn't locate them. They had the Mattel rep in earlier in the week who looked with 2 employees but still couldn't find it. Not a problem if you are looking for an Uncle Topolino or Lightning Ramone since those were the 2 left on pegs.

I have a story almost exactly like that! One Walmart near me has 2 Raoul on 12 pegs. It has been that way for weeks. I asked an employee to scan for more and it showed 134 in stock. He couldn't find any. Called the manager the next day. They couldn't find any. 3 days later I went back in … still 2 Raoul … employee scan still showed 134 in stock … I asked when they were going to fix it so a restock would happen … they said after inventory happened next week.

And I thought I was alone.
There are 3 walmarts that I visit weekly and one is consistently bare in the Cars section. I only go back because they price their Monster Mater line incorrectly and I can get a great deal if they ever restock them. I asked an employee in early February when it was going to be stocked and she told me they would do a "refresh" at the end of March.
Still waiting…

I also found out the inventory count was way off. The black scanner they carry said they had 102 singles and the store actually had 3 on the pegs. Toy Manager admitted the inventory count must have been not updated since Christmas. He had to go to the store manager first to get approval to fix the count for the sku on singles, once he had the manager's approval, he corrected it with a few button pushes, so maybe this store will finally get something in after months of nothing.
But that was on March 13, and still nothing as of yesterday.

Sealy Texas has a huge distribution center that supplies most of this part of Texas. The town has one Walmart. I found leftovers from case A at this store, Lubewig, Chisaki Mel Dorado and headset Sarges were on the pegs.
Stopped at my home Walmart thinking well maybe…
nothing. Bare pegs except for 2 2011 Petrovs.
