I guess yesterday was the day of all the burnt McQueen/Materhawk findings. I too, found that case. Also found the aviator mater and McQueen hawk Monday. I very rarely find new cars. They had MD shu and max there too. Still no singles/deluxe/2 packs. :/
Aviator is amazing, his engine is die cast!! it's been plastic since 2007!
As for Materhawk, he looks nice; there isn't much metal though, even his DOORS are plastic. Weird.

Found 3 pairs of the burnt autonaut and materhawks today at 3 walmarts in Western Wisconsin I was hoping to also find a pallet drop, but no such luck. On a positive note, I saw 4 leland turbo 2 packs so those are back, I only grabbed 1 of those.

I FOUND NEW CARS!!! I FOUND NEW CARS!!! A FRESH CASE YES!! THANK YOU WALMART!! IMAGINE MY EXCITEMENT THIS MORNING AS I ROUND THE CORNER TO THR CARS AISLE AND I SEE PEGS FULL OF DISNEY CARS!!!!!! SOMEBODY PUNCH ME IN THE FACE!!!! YES A FRESH CASE OF CARS …… BUT ….. ALAS …. I SEARCH TH PEGS ….. IT IS ONLY LEWIS CARLO CASE ….. NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO …. D@#% YOU WALMART!!! GRRRRRRR. LOLOL. Ok …. i will stop screaming now …. ugh …. so tired of Walmart and Target in my area the last 6 months …. sigh … tomorrow is another day, right?? Sorry for thr false alarm but had to tell someone!! Lol

You're not the only one though! I literally haven't even seen Case A of 2012 in my area. The only time I saw a Mel case was South Cal, when I went on vacation in June

You'll be happy to know that I did not pick either up – I left them there for my Floridian friends. However, I did find a movie moments Acer w/ helmet / prof z 2-pack that I have never seen in southern Cali, so I had to pick that one up. 🙂

Well Walmart is officially dead to me when it comes to singles in my area. I visited 6 Walmart in the last 24 hours .. 5 of them restocked with a fresh case of shingles … all of 5 stores received Carlo and Lewis case. …. my distribution house went from having nothing for more than a month to that … needless to say I was totally shocked. The distribution south of me included the cartney case …. no such luck here. To make things worse the 6th Walmart toy manager told me the singles are officially non replenishable. That means there is no chance of seeing the lost cards in my area. My wish for 2013 is more even distribution …. I hope somebody out there is listening lol

Walmart has been rubbish here lately also Jestrman.
I understand non-replenishable to mean they cannot manually order more, but once store stock is down to a certain level the system auto-orders more…
But, I agree. I don't think WM is going to get any more Porto Corsa back Cars, just the new stuff going forward.

Went to one of my "back up" Walmarts on Long Island and I finally found "Burnt Lighting" and "Mater Hawk". Im finally done with the take flight series.!! 🙂

Agreed Jestrjef, Walmart is like that in my area too. Believe it or not, I haven't even seen 1 2012 case. The newest case I found in my area was a Piston Cup LM from the M case a while back, and that was JUST him. The newest full case I found (literally lying on the shelf open) was an L case. It's contents was 75% pegwarmers – 6 McQ, 5 Mater, 3 Francesco and 4 Finn.
Not WM, but I talked to my TRU's manager yesterday and he told me that they're not ordering cars anymore because they're not selling well

To my surprise I finally found the Leland Turbo/ Finn 2-pack otherwise same story in my area folks. The Cleveland store literally has 45 LMQ's, 27 FB's & 18 Holly's. 1 other store is just as bad while the closest to me only has 9 Finns on the shelf for the last 2 months.

The other day i found a mater hawk and the burnt lightning mcqueen but went to a different walmart and had a car scanned and the lady told me the porto corsa cards are nonreplenishable so hopefully that means the new 2013 line will start hitting the shelfs soon

went to our wally last night and saw 6 cases marked xxxx-xxxxa (sorry can't remember the numbers). hoping that it was the new stuff that everyone is finding. a stock person allowed me to help myself. i cracked the case open with my key. NOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!! they were full of holly and mel. thanks a lot for getting my hopes up. i won't be back for another year.

We made a few stops on the way to grandmas house and aside from a few Take Flight cars, the Walmarts were all FLOATING in Peg Warmers … seems like all of North Central Florida has turned into a dumping ground for Carlo/Lewis Case. Hope that the 2013's start showing up under the new number and the old ones go on clearance soon.

Went to 3 Wallys in CT and they were filled with Finns and McQueens. It's been like this for the whole year. Hope 2013 is a better year for cars collecting.

Jeff, it looks like you may be having the same issue as us up here. A friendly Walmart team member told me tonight that she asked her manager about the new cars that I had spoken to here about and he said that they wont order or get anymore in until the one on the shelf sell. Not sure if the new numbering will make a difference or how engaged the managers are in actually ordering items but if you need trunkovs and Finn's let me know 🙂
