so depressing….:(
when is mattel gonna get it right and send a rep into every store, clearance everything there (or have a bonfire with it) since everything there has been there since halloween, order new cases for every store, maybe 2-3 cases at all stores, make those case have 2-3 of each NEW car release and stop making all the other stuff that flopped and itll all sell like hotcakes, and there wont be anything on the shelves adn they can rake in the cash flow

My walmart has Singles at $2.50, 2packs at $6, and launchers at $6. I picked up a McQueen launcher and Francesco/McQueen pack that I have been holding out on. Deluxe is still at regular price. Silver Finish Line Frenzy McQueen was there – $12 or $14. Can't remember for sure. Still to rich for my blood though.

Finally found Security Finn 2 packs at Walmart in Columbus Texas. there were 3 and 6 Sal 2 packs. They put out case E.
These were 6.97.

Cars were still the normal $3.99 here. Same with 2 packs.
For the first time ever I found a Pinion Tanaka at my Wal-Mart. Already found them before Xmas at a K-Mart. Also, there were about 30 Finns and 5 Hydro Finns. There were a lot of Quick Changers- found Grem and McQueen with Tongue for the first time. I passed on it though because they are $7 each and all plastic.
Also saw some Stephenson carrying Case there I've never seen before. It holds 10 Cars. And there were about 20 of those air-powered launchers called Bash N' Go or something like that. Those aren't selling well either

I had never considered the Mater/Sal Machiani 2-pack a pegwarmer since I never saw them in a store before…stopped into Walmart, low and behold all the only 2-packs they had were the Mater/Sal 2-packs (about 10 of them). Is this a new case of just Mater/Sals?
They also had Finns (of course)….all singles were regular priced except for Finn marked down to 1.97

was at a walmart in orlando and thats exactly what they had as well, 2 security finn 2 packs and about 10-12 sal.mater

Walmart in Roanoke, VA had all singles $1.97 and 2-packs $3.97. I got a LMQ Party Wheels 2-pack because I had not bought one yet, for $4.00 why not. Also got a Nigel Gearsley. The rest were Finn/Mater/LMQs.
Still hoping to find a Security Finn soon…

Went to a couple more Walmarts in Roanoke after that post, got a LMQ/Fillmore 2-pack for $2. It was priced $3.97 and there was still a $2 off coupon lying around.

After months of nothing at any Wal-Mart remotely close, I stumbled upon these two, lonely, out of place Cars.
 
I apologize about the bad pic but I just wanted you all to know that there is hope……for a little bit, anyways.

According to Met's pic of the case, there is 3 of each. There was only one of each on the pegs among the Finns and McQueens. Oh and the Sarge's now too. Someone got there before me. Bummer. At least they were nice enough to leave me one of each behind! I asked one of the employees to check in the back for more cases but there weren't any. I drove to the Wal-Mart in our town about 15 minutes away and they had nothing new. It's so weird where and when they pop up.
On the back of the Victor H card, the 3 chase cards are pictured Radiator Springs Ramone (#29), Officer Murakarmi (#32), and Becky Wheelin (#33).
Don Crumlin is also pictured on the back (#31).
Another cool thing is that Wal-Mart is still pricing there Cars for $1.97!

Great find, you seem to be the first to post them found in the wild. Since you are local to us, well Southern California, we checked our two closest Walmarts this afternoon, still the same sparse collection of Finns and dusty Submarine Finns as always.
But we did get one each Hero Patrol California Highway Patrol and Los Angeles County Sheriff car so the kids are happy. If we don't find new Cars in the next couple of weeks my kids won't care about anymore.
