My TRU had Cars Take Flight. I'm guessing at least 4 cases. Picked up all but the copter.

TRU in Fredneck had 2 cases of Take Flight Cars. $5.99 ea. Nice price, especially considering they are asking $8.19 for Sub Finn!

I found them down in Winchester, VA on Friday. Got one of each except for the copter also. I feel the thrill of the hunt starting to return.

Stores in the Big Apple finally getting the Mater's Take Flight vehicles. Have to admit the Moon Mater is pretty cool.

Found all 4 micro drifter 3-packs, micro drifter Mack case and 3 of the take flight cars at TRU in Indiana!! It was great to find some new items just in time for my son's birthday next month! Now we need Moon Mater, Colossus and maybe the micro drifter race track which is available online now at TRU. They also had Lightning Hawk but it was $44.99.

I found remnants of Cars Take Flight at my TRU. There was only one left, Stu Bop. Lucky for me I ordered a case from Childrens Toy Closet. They are pretty cool looking. My kids really like them, although I only let them open the extra McQueen and Mater.

FINALLY, found the microdrifters at a Toys R US in Langhorne, PA …Just bought the 2 packages that had the Cars 1 racers in them but at least I found something new! I am amazed, though, at how much smaller they are then the mini adventures. These will definitely be added to the collection and not played with (yet) by my 2 and 3 year old.

It's so funny how things happen. I've been looking for Micro Drifters for my son for the past two weeks at my TRUs and have gotten the Mack, the Launcher w/ LMQ, but STILL no 3 packs. Theyve gotten Take Flights for over a week now. Well I went in to one close to work today searching for Micro Drifters and what did they have instead? Not Micro Drifters but Becky Wheelin, Don Crumlin and Officer Murakarmi, they had just been put out, 3 Beckys, 3 Dons, 2 Officers but no Flash. Although yes an employee could have taken it but I truly feel it just wasnt Case G and the other case instead with the extra Mater instead of Flash. I looked probably 10 times to make sure but no, if it was Case G I would have had it. So what does that lead me to believe? Not looking good in terms of finding Flash in the wild but still very happy to find the others. Bittersweet lol. But get out there and looj people, the thrill of the hunt has returned.

TRU in my area is running a buy 2 get 3rd free special. The sign says all play sets and packs, but I scanned a "single" car and it showed the special was applicable on it as well. Nothing new at my TRU, but figured I'd pass it along.

I was finally able to use one of those TRU specials as they were intended. Decided to check the store nearest to where I work because I read this morning that the three latest cars had started popping up at TRU. Found these three hanging together on the pegs but no others, so somebody had gotten there first.
 
Including tax, the total came to just less than 9 bucks. Make sure to hit your TRUs this weekend!

That is a great score, even better with the sale. Murakarmi looks sweeeeet!

Saturday I was able to score all four of the Micro Drifters three packs and Mack. Also got another set of all four Take Flight. Most excellent adventure and things were buy 2 get one free.

Saturday July 14 Salem NH TRU
Was able to get the Autonaut Mater and McQueen plus the jet (Stu-bop sp?) since it was buy 2 get 1 free. Finally a decent deal $5.99 each so $11.98 for the three. With the exception of KMart Cars Day 8 first time in ages I have even seen something new at the major retailers-Target-WalMart-KMart-ToysRUs- that are in my area. I think the last time TRU had a buy 2 get one free deal they only had Submarine Finn and Octane Gain Semis available
