Found both the 4 pack and singles of the neon racers at Target in RI. Best bet is to go online and search for them, then look at the sold in stores info to find locations that have them in stock near you. You'll probably have to get an associate to go in the back and get them. The store that i went to said they aren't supposed to put them out for another week or so.

I'm not sure if this indicates that there will be only 780 cases of the Neon Cars, but I got my hands on the box, and it shows "CARTON #XX OF 780"

Found Emmanuel on a return trip home last night. First I've heard of this wave at Target. It wouldn't ring up at the register, so rather than check with the back, the manager just plugged it in for 4.99.

My odd Target experience continues. Stopped at a different Target on lunch break and saw "new" old case was stocked at some point recently. Picked up a set of Takeshi and Hiraoki. These must have been hiding in the back? I don't think it was a stash or return thing as the pegs were full with Disney Pixar Cars cardbacks, not the new ones. They were down to about 5 cars when I was in there last week.
