My target doesn't have that sale….. Stopped in last night but that dated shelf tag should work just fine. The same one as in LANES post above just needs to be close up and clear so I can blow it up in my iPhone and commence arguing with the management till they r sick Of listening to me 🙂

Finally found Rip on the pegs at Target after probably going to 8 stores. There were two, so I got them both – felt bad for about a second. Also got Erik Lanely, Petey, Weapon Grem, Kabuto, Rusty, Victor as I went. All for $1.99/ea. Pretty good score. Is it sad that I've scoped out the most random Targets in non-suburban areas? Every store I've been to in "family" areas has been cleared out.

Found Case B at three Targets in Houston today. The Sale is wonderful.
Thank you Target.
boo to Walmarts who won't price match. And I found 1 that absolutely refused to match, and would not even price match other Walmarts! I had receipts in hand showing 1.99 at 2 other Walmarts and this Walmart said:
We don't price match other Walmarts.

Im in Brooklyn, NY For the weekend and found the vas with Holly w/ screen, Blue pacer w torch, Grem w weapon but I missed Rip by minutes as the lady next to me had him. Raced to the next Target saw empty pegs, heart sunk… But wait found 1 Rip hidden in the back. My little guy will be thrilled. And at $1.99 each, Most fun hunting in a long while. Got Mater Hawk as well.

Was late to target again, case B but nothing but Holley left! Saw a stock guy with two cases on the skid…..but sadly both were take flight cases!! :~(

Depends on what CASE D you're talking about… Case D from 2011 is worth absolutely nothing, since I'm sure just about every Target store in the world has this case, but 2012 CASE D has Radiator Springs Ramone – it also has Vladimir and Victor but since both have been released as 2013 singles, they are a ton more common now.

Kudos to those who've found Rip.  MikeCee found 1 Rip out of 8 Targets, in the suburbs west of me, and I found 0 Rips at the 8 Targets closest to me (Chicago northside to North suburbs); That's 1 Rip out of 16 Targets, most of which did get the new case.  I don't know who has beat me to all of theses Rips, but good for you.  But man, I'm feeling defeated….  Thanks go out to Mike for helping with the other stand-outs of the case. 🙂

Not sure what year it was, but there was a Jeff Gorvette in there and i think Grem?

Just bought all 89 cars my local target had in stock including mostly finns, mater, and francesco. Also had a sealed 2011 case d. The cars are going to toys 4 tots. At $1.99 each it is a great way to "spread the cheer" and clean the pegs too

My wife and I always get two carts a year for toys for tots. She gets for girls me for boys. This years different though after the scariest day of my life on thanksgiving we ended up in the childrens hospital with my little cars fan. He's 100% now but our two carts are going there this year. I called and they set up any donations they receive and let the kids and parents go wild. The thought of being in there for Xmas makes me depressed so that's my way of saying thank you for taking such good care of " daddy's best buddy" …… The whole reason I'm here anyway

Went to 2 Targets on my way to work yesterday. The Target in Northfield had nothing new, the Target at Alameda and I-225, had one Francesco on a peg, all the other pegs were wiped, no cars what so ever. So, I figured if I went back after work, the pegs would be well stocked, not so. Still that lonely Francesco.
I had purchased case P from childrens toy closet, all the cars that was in the case that I already had, I gave to the toy drive at work. Thought that was a good thing to do also.Â

Went to Target in Southern Mass. Today and found some Take Flights, something other than submarine Finn(holly with wings) and 3 cactus mcqueens…basically found the remnants of Case B, but at least Targets are getting Case B.

Went to Target in Wheaton, MD today. Â This is the same Target I "cleaned out" the other day for toys 4 tots. Â The pegs were full with what appeared to be 2 full boxes of Case B with no Rip. Â I asked one of the guys working there and he called in back only to be told there is no backstock. Â He told me that he worked last night and would be amazed if that was true. Â He asked which one I wanted and I pointed to the Rip on the back of another Car's card. Â He said hold on. Â 10 minutes later he walked out with a Rip and told me just not to ask. Â Rip for $1.99 — I will be content for a while
