What's up man. 🙂 Nothing new. Still hunting in my spare time. First find in a while. Did find a galloping geargrinder too. I unloaded all my Cars 1 cars. …unfortunately but am trying to keep up with Cars 2 as they show up. I'll try to stop by and say hi.

Stopped at a couple Target on the way to grandmas house and nothing but FINN, Petrov and Francesco as far as the eye could see. 
In one store, while we were in the cars aisle, someone else's grandparents were looking at the cars and I over heard them talking about their grandson only wanting Mater and McQueen. Neither of those characters were on the pegs. I have to admit I was SHOCKED to hear them talking about having a hard time finding Mater and McQueen. 
I told them to check the Walmart around the corner because we had just seen them there. They thanked us for being so helpful.

Nice Jeff, it is always awesome to help out fellow cars fans!
So, I haven't found anything in what seems like forever. And my sister calls me the other day and says that all the cars at her Target in Oregon have new packaging! And there are a ton that she has never seen before. She read off a bunch of the "new" old releases like Hank HM, Chick, etc… and then she says J Curby Gremlin. Cha-Ching! Finally one we don't have! I had her pick up one for me and one for trade! Yay! Now if only my target would get some new stuff! LOL

Checked in today, the usual nothing – but they did get rid of both David Hobbscap 7-packs that have been there since September. I also say the 12-packs on an endcap, marked for the new $39.99… too bad it expires tomorrow

Yes, I've seen a lot of "sales" like that at Target… what is the point? $.50 savings, really?

A $1.50 savings on a $8-$12 action figure can sometimes be a good deal. But a $30 item? You should expect at least $5 off. I think these are done by computer actually. All Cars items are $1.50 off no matter what the original price is?

Well I did see Cars today on the new 2013 card back… yeah… McQueen, Francesco were the only ones on the pegs. I then visited 4 other Targets and nothing.

I found fresh cases at 2 different Target today!! YEAH!! Fresh Miguel and Shu case … woooooo hooooo!!! Really target???? We have been getting Miles case for I don't know how long and now you're going to send us that!!!
Ugh …. Walmart is dead … Target is dead … Kmart is dead … I can't take this anymore Mattel … If it were not for the awesome friends I have on TFAD I THINK I WOULD HAVE ALREADY THROWN IN THE TOWEL ON THIS MESS!! Okay I need to take a deep breath … Or 2 … Or 3 lolol. Maybe next week will be different … or at least I can hope it will be!!

I feel the same way jestrjef. Nothing new around here except that one lucky find of Cartney. I'm so disgusted. I went to 2 Targets, Walmart, Kohls and Kmart today…nothing. It has been like that for weeks & weeks. When Target does put out some Cars they are from old cases

I found the "old" cars from 2013 Case B at Target in Beaverton, OR this afternoon. Now I just need to hunt down those pesky new ones…

I was hoping that some of these stores would have had some HUGE sales going on for these extremely old pegwarmers so we can move on with our Cars lives…interesting that Cactus McQueen still has no "rust-eze" on the fin; i guess maybe too difficult with that one cactus on the back.
