Showing the wonderful state of Cars in CT, my wife found the oh-so-new Lenticular Dirt Track Lightning at a Stop & Shop yesterday. If only this were one of the new 2013 LE's, I'd be impressed. But this one was still on the shelf after about 3 years. And that's about the luck I have finding new stuff around here.

Aldi's Food Store. Having issues finding the new case D singles, try your local Aldi's grocery store. Went to a total of 5 different Aldi's today and 4 out of 5 have case D in a side display. Picked up DJ & Wingo with Flames, Shu, Security Finn, Krate Rainson-Wash, Body Shop Ramone, Chick Hicks, Erik Lanely, Dexter Hoover w/Checkered Flag, Dusty and Luigi & Guido. Picked up many multiples

Thanks for the tip scottshop! Stopped by Aldi's in Danbury CT on the way home and scored Case D. Someone had beaten me to it (they got at least two cases, but no Dexter Hoover's left). But I got all the ones I needed for my son's collection.

Where in Aldi's did you spot them? I checked out a few and no signs of a toy area. There was a Cars twin bed sheet set though!

The Aldi's new add starts tomorrow. I think it is targeting Easter ideas and the Disney Cars in there. I was told today by a manager at the closest store that the Disney Cars should be out tomorrow, but that some stores might have stocked them early. Check tomorrow … don't give up!!

They will be out tomorrow for sure, I did stop by 3 Aldi stores and only one had them out today, pretty good score for $2.99 each.

Germantown had 5 trays out. They are in the same tray as the Monster Jam trucks…
Didn't find Wingo, but got the other good ones. Plenty of Ramones and Krates left as of 6:45.

From everything I've read and what I've seen it appears that not every Aldi got the same Cars. The one I visited only had three trays for 24 total cars and not everything from Case D was represented.

I saw that today and thought it was pretty cool since it had Frosty and Flash on the comforter.

Lane Change, where in the Dallas area did you look. I live in the Plano area and there are a few stores between me and where I work (near uptown Dallas).
