Way to go Fillmore! I finally found mine at Carson Pirie Scott (Bergner's sister store?) for the same price. It sure is cheaper than the Bay + shipping. However, it took me so many repeated trips to 5 Carsons that I am completely done hunting for a while. Didn't even make it to the big blowout sale.

I have literally been in every target, walmart, kohls, Fred Meyer, shopko, kmart, biglots, marshals, TJMAXX etc… in my area and I haven't seen a single Chase Ramone. Then last night, we stopped to pick up some soda at Safeway… and my better half suggested we check the toy sections for cars… and wouldn't ya know.. TWO CHASE RAMONES! Oh my gosh we almost had a heart attack! haha.
One for my son to play with and one for me to keep! Yay!

Went to Bergners and Sears today. Bergners had a good selection of Deluxes- everything but Kingpin but no new Singles. Sears had 2 more Chase Ramones and a 1 piece LMQ for $3.99. Bought 1 Ramone and the 1 piece McQueen. Still on the hunt for Mel Dorado and HHPC McQueen.

What is a One piece Lightning?
If you need a Mel, I saw a couple at Safeway when I picked up my Chase Ramone. They might still have them if you need, I can check?

What is a One piece Lightning?
Most Cars 2 Lightning McQueens produced in 2011have a separate nose piece; presumably to make it easier to manufacture variations with different mouth expressions.
Some Mack playsets began to show up with a one piece body LMcQ included. Then the beautiful Hudson Hornet LMcQ came along and it is a one piece. With the arrival of US Case C, cards are straight sided and all LMcQs have the one piece body.
Maybe someday the two piece will be the rare variation.

Stopped at the local Meijer on my way home from work today… one of the employees working in Toys had spread the load of Finn McMissile out so every one of the 24 pegs for singles was covered with Finns… I usually consolidate the Finns down to the the top 12 pegs but didn't tonight… went to the back wall with the games and noticed that Finish Line Frenzy with silver flames McQueen was down to $4.49 (70% off)…
At that price I'll finally open one of the games with the silver flame McQueen.
Meijer has stores in Michigan, Ohio, Indiana, Illinois, and Kentucky.

Too funny Chris, I do the same thing at Wal-Mart and Target, and the stock people invariably move them back to make the pegs appear more full. One of these days I will just buy them at all and then return them in another town far, far away.

People must think you guys are nuts when they see you doing this, like the guy in Clerks examining all the eggs, looking to make the perfect dozen.
Or even more strange is John checking little kids into the boards to get at the Cars. 
I get enough weird looks just sorting through all the Zen Master two packs looking for one with a mustache.
