I found these at the Disney store today. Very cool. They also had a chase Red as well.

Chauncy has been out here for a good few months now, even went on sale recently along with Topper and Highgear.
I wouldn't raise your hopes on it crossing the Atlantic though as the two DS operations (US and Europe) are run completely independently and you guys get a lot of stuff (the acrylic case singles, and in pretty much all the Chase options) at never see the light of day over here.

Bear in mind though if looking at eBay, Chauncy is very much on the large size, scale-wise, even in comparison to other DS releases.

Of course, your other option has already arrived in the US in Mattel 1:55 form as part of the new and fast becoming notorious Target 7-pack. Probably cheaper to import the UK Chauncy.
