Buses in photos with gray windows are from Disney Store. (black window bus is Mattel's)

Both are very close in dimensions, not unlike prototype buses from different years plying London's streets in real life.

D.S. bus is noticeably heavier. Also shown, Mattel's bus carrying case and Matchbox's version; which my guys use along with the eraser Cars.

Crap. I was going to avoid getting any Disney Store die casts (I have enough to collect, lol). But given that the Bus, Sgt, and Queen are in scale I might have to get this.

Cool, John. Thanks for another great comparo!

Is the lower level on the DStore version metal? That may have something to do with the weight difference. How many duckets for the DStore version?

At 30% off, $20 gets you five cars. The bus, the Queen, a Queen's guard, a Finn and a Holley.

The bus body is all metal.
