that's not an error every time Mattel releases a car or plane die cast they release a sleeping version and they only make about a hundred of them what ever you do don't sell it is very rare and expensive.

It's not a variant at all. That is definitely an error. Why would a Car missing its own eyes be a variant?
And DraculaMater, you're acting like a Car missing its eyes is a common occurrence. I've been collecting for 7 years now and have never seen a single one. Mattel doesn't make a "Sleeping Version" of any Car either, it was just an error in the factory where they forgot to add a decal.

yeah..been at this since for ever too…missing eyes do occur but they are errors…and some people like them if they were cars…Planes interest around here is kinda quiet compared to new cars casts and super chases…

Variants are things like a different colored Boost or DJs decal colors…or even more exciting, the packaging variant of Impound snot rod with confetti
