I have Rescue Mater, WeeHoo Mater, Underwater Mater, and lots more in Monster Truck form. Does anyone know where these came from? i.e. Store, Disney store, etc. I have 16 total. Thanks

Whee-hoo Mater should only be a Mattel product, it was one of the Christmas cars a few years back.  By "Underwater Mater" I'll assume you mean the one with the snorkeling mask? That too would be Mattel most likely.  Disney Store Cars are always larger than Mattel Cars, so compare them and that will also help you.

After all, gas can is my middle name … eh, not really

Both Disney and Mattel toy cars are predominantly diecast, though many add-on details are plastic, like Mater's reindeer antlers, the snorkeling mask, etc.
