I have bought cars from childrens toy closet before, but I can't remember on a pre-sale, do they wait till the item is shipped to charge you or do they take the money at the time you order? Help!

it might take a very very very VERY VERY LONG TIME FOR HIM TOO GET AROUND TO SHIPPING U ANYTHING. but he will willing take your small investment, and flip it over about 10 times. then he will ship it maybe. he has pre-sales for months before u will see anything. or will contact u back with any concerns u might have. it's always the same thing "i'll hear something soon" then another couple of months go by. u try to touch base and nothing.

I've ordered from him and did not have any major issues. When I ordered the Cars Take Flight, it took longer than expected to get to me, but I got the case 1 week later.
I also ordered the next Deluxe case (in January when it was announced) and from what met said – in a recent post – they should be shipping soon. I am looking forward to that one – The Queen, Funny Car Mater, Sumo Ref.
His communication with me has been fine in both situations. Just waiting on my next one that says my case is on its way.

I have only ordered from them one time, it took a little longer than I though, but over all I was happy 🙂

I've had no problems with oversize and hauler case orders for the last year or two. I've been very pleased with Traver's ability to procure these for us at what seems a minimal profit. While lack of response to email has been a disappointment since the beginning of the year, I am absolutely pleased that the newest oversize case will be out for UPS delivery tomorrow. Thanks for the tracking info, Traver!
