The car itself is not rare; it has as high a production as any other chase. However, the packaging is rare. It is unknown how many were made, but less than 100 have been accounted for.

I have no proof, but I believe Boost without confetti is more rare.

Snot Rod WITH "Confetti" runs about 80.00 to 150.00 last time
I bought some / brokered some.
Card condition is everything. Be aware of fakes.

Found 3 Impond Snot Rod's at an Aldee's once. They were all without confetti. Come to think of it, I think the only one I MAY have seen in confetti was Impound McQueen. Never even found Impound Boost.

I found 5 Impound Boost with Confetti back in Dec 08 at Target. I found 2 without confetti at Walmart in Jan 09. Still have 3 with and 2 without.
Without confetti in my opinion is less common.
Case B Race O Rama had Impound Boost with confetti (and a small percentage of Boost without confetti, uncommon but not rare), and Case C had Impound Snot Rod without confetti (excepting the tiny handful , with confetti).
I have 2 Impound Snot Rods with Confetti and 2 without Confetti.
My first I Snot Rod with Confetti was found Jan 09 in case C Race O Rama before it became known these were going to end up as extremely rare packaging. All I Snot Rods with confetti were made on the same day and have the same date code. No other date was ever found.
The confetti era was really short. About 5 months. The last confetti blisters, found, were manufactured /produced on the 267th day of 08, which was Sept 24, 2008. All Impound Snot Rod with Confetti have this date.
Less than 50 I could document

The 267th day of 2008 was September 23, not September 24.

The value is higher now. I've been offered more than twice your high end value recently, but I'm holding out.
