Add another twist, I had a Disney Store employee scan in the UPC code. It rang up! Not only that, it rang up as "1P DC LEE REVKINS" with a price of $1.99. The price is due to it being clearances at some point. I asked what DC meant, she said "Die Cast". I explained and pointed out the errors, she said that they have items that come to the store with errors like those. When they are discovered they are recalled and destroyed.
I wish I could reach someone at Disney to put this to rest!
I have contacted the Disney Archives and they are attempting to reach someone who can assist with the creation of a checklist and the history of Lee Revkins.
I found a very old eBay archived sale of Lee Revkins in the collector's case. I contacted the seller. He is a seller that I have made purchases with in the past. I requested information on where he obtained Lee, he responded that he obtains all of his items only from the Disney Store.

The farther down the rabbit hole, the more I think this guy was actually sold. If he was recalled due to the errors, that is another topic that hopefully the Disney Archives can assist with.
Here is a photo of "Lee Revkins" ringing up correctly at the Disney Store:

Since there is not much information, posts, articles or pictures of Mettalic Red released in the collector's case, I decided to post him for others to see. Thank you Metroxing for pointing out that he was missing on my checklist!
